Santa at Edison Mall

Through Dec. 24

Santa returns to Edison Mall, along with a number of events, including a holiday breakfast and pet photos. For more information and Santa’s hours, go tosimon.com/mall/Edison-mall. Families coming to see Santa are encouraged to bring a book for the mall’s Holiday Book Drive.

Santa at Port Charlotte Town Center

Through Dec. 24

Santa will be at Port Charlotte Town Center for photos beginning Nov. 14. Other Santa events include Pet Photo Night and Caring Santa. For more information and Santa’s hours, go to simon.com/mall/port-charlotte-town-center.

South Seas Island Resort Holiday Stroll

Through Dec. 26 (Fridays & Saturdays)
6-9 p.m.
South Seas Island Resort, 5400 Plantation Rd.

In conjunction with the Captiva Holiday Village, the 330-acre resort transforms into a fun-filled holiday extravaganza to benefit Community Cooperative Ministries, Inc. There will be live entertainment, arts and crafts, Santa visits, holiday movies, face painting, s’mores and more. Events include: tree lighting, Nov. 28; Captiva Luminary, Dec. 5; lighted boat parade, Dec. 12; decorated golf cart parade, Dec. 19. Admission is $10. Children 12 and under are free. Holiday House at Burroughs and Kingston homes

Through Dec. 23
5-9 p.m.
Burroughs and Langford Kingston homes, 2500 First St., downtown Fort Myers

The theme this year is “Christmas in Tropical Paradise” as the two historic homes are decked out in holiday flare. Children can also visit Santa and receive a gift.
