We look for leaks, pests and mold, which can be present in homes left alone for even short periods of time. But we also do so much more.
Our Premium Home Watch Service Package includes the following:
- Bi-weekly exterior and interior inspection of property
- Water pipe inspection in kitchen, bathrooms and laundry room
- Inspect water heater for damages
- Flush toilets to prevent stains and seals from drying out
- Check all appliances; run dishwasher and washing machine to prevent damages, avoiding components from drying out
- Check A/C and alarm system
- Check for water leaks, mildew and pest infestations
- Check lighting and fire detectors
- Run irrigation system
- Empty your mailbox
- Check if all subcontractors meet their obligations (pool service, landscaping, pest control)
- Issue a work order for resulting repairs of any kind, after consultation
- Post-storm inspection
- E-mail bi-weekly report
